Ingredients

1 cup chilled full cream milk
2 large scoops chocolate ice cream
2 tablespoons finely grated dark chocolate
1 teaspoon finely chopped mint

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until thick and smooth. Pour into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
