Bircher muesli is such a popular breakfast and this one is filled with apple and raspberry goodness.
Ingredients
11/2 cups rolled oats2 tablespoons pepitas (pumpkin seeds)
250ml reduced fat milk
1 apple, grated
1/4 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
1/2 teaspoon finely grated orange rind
200g fresh or frozen raspberries
200g low fat natural yoghurt
2 tablespoons pistachios, chopped

Use strawberries or other seasonal fruits in place of raspberries if desired.
