Ingredients
2 cups reduced fat milk2 scoops (130g) reduced fat vanilla ice cream
100ml (approx. 1/3 cup) hot espresso coffee
2 scoops (60g) chocolate flavoured protein powder
1 cup ice cubes
Handy Tips
Substitute the reduced fat vanilla ice cream for low fat vanilla yoghurt, if desired.
