Ingredients
1 cup reduced fat natural yoghurt, well chilled1 cup low fat milk, well chilled
2 tablespoons caster sugar
3/4 cup chopped fresh or canned mango
1-2 drops coconut essence
Handy Tips
Substitute the mango and coconut for 100g frozen raspberries and 1-2 drops of rosewater or 100g mixed berries
Substitute mango for banana
