Licorice Ice Cream with White Chocolate and Sesame Shards

Another easy dessert that will impress guests.
Ingredients
2 teaspoons sesame seeds2 teaspoons black sesame seeds
125g white chocolate, melted
200g tub Dooley's Premium Licorice Ice Cream
Handy Tips
Tip: Chocolate shards can be stored in an airtight container in a cool cupboard for up to a month.
Method
- Toast seeds in a dry frypan over medium heat until white sesame seeds are golden. Transfer to a bowl and cool completely.
- Pour melted chocolate onto a baking paper lined tray and spread into a 20cm x 12cm rectangle. Sprinkle with toasted seeds and refrigerate until set. Break into shards.
- To serve, scoop ice cream into bowls or glasses and stud with chocolate shards.
