125g strawberries, hulled and roughly chopped
200g tub reduced fat natural yoghurt
1 tablespoon honey
fresh fruit, cut into small portions, to serve

Method

  1. Place strawberries in a bowl and roughly crush with a potato masher or fork
  2. Stir through yoghurt and honey. Chill for 1 hour.
  3. Serve dip with fresh fruit.
