Bircher Muesli

Make a batch of this delicious bircher muesli to enjoy for the following days for breakfast.

Ingredients

1 cup rolled oats
250ml your favourite fruit juice
2 granny smith, peeled and grated
2 x 200g tubs low fat vanilla yoghurt
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup hazelnuts, toasted and roughly chopped
1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
nectarine slices to serve

Method

  1. Combine oats, juice and grated apple. Cover and leave to soak for 1 hour or overnight.
  2. Stir through yoghurt, cinnamon and hazelnuts. Spoon into serving bowls.
  3. Garnish with blueberries and nectarines. Serve.
