Milk is a great way to get calcium and other important nutrients for our health. The amount of calcium in different types of milk may vary a bit, but most naturally contain around 250-300 mg of calcium.

If you choose regular full-fat cow's milk, you'll get about 270 mg of calcium, which is about one-third of your daily calcium needs, depending on your age and gender. You can find more information about recommended daily dairy intake here

Reduced-fat milk options usually have a bit more calcium because their nutrient content changes slightly during the manufacturing process. Some dairy companies even make fortified milks that have extra calcium (and other nutrients) added to them.

If you're curious about the calcium content of different milk products, you can check the nutrition information panel on the packaging. It will give you the details so you can compare them.
