Finalists in the 2018 NSW Farmer of the Year award, Gavin and Karina Moore are passionate about helping students learn and understand where their food comes from. With a purpose built dairy and education centre, students will have the opportunity to get up close and personal with a dairy cow and learn all about the dairy industry in Australia. Students will learn about the paddock to plate journey of dairy products, and how technology is used in agriculture to achieve sustainable and productive enterprises.

A Pilgrims Rest

'A Pilgrims Rest' is a robotic dairy farm located down a quiet country lane on the lush river flats of Pyree. Pecora Cheese & Wine

Valley Cheesemakers (VCM) Kangaroo Valley

VCM offers you the opportunity to learn the magic of making cheese so that you can then do it in your own home. Our workshops are set in the beautiful, tranquil Kangaroo Valley where you can spend a day making cheeses of your choice.  This is a hands on experience, all you need to bring is an apron and we’ll provide the rest. Family groups, special occasions, corporates and individual participants are all welcome.

Bega Heritage Cheese Centre

The Bega Cheese Heritage Centre is a great place to explore the world of Bega Cheese.

The Heritage Centre offers visitors the chance to taste our world-famous cheese and to learn about the history of dairying and Bega Cheese in the Bega Valley. The faithful reproduction of the original 'creamery' building constructed in 1899, is home to the History of Dairy Museum, a Café & Visitor Information Centre. Enjoy a cheese toastie, milkshake or icecream on our verandah whilst overlooking the lush farmland.

Tilba Real Dairy

Tilba Real Dairy is a 100% Australian family owned and run business, with a passion for award-winning dairy.

In the picturesque Tilba Valley, you can experience the true taste of premium dairy at Tilba Real Dairy's Production Factory and Retail Store.

Tilba Market

Bodalla Dairy Shed

For an authentic South Coast NSW dairy experience you can't go past Bodalla Dairy Shed.

The Bodalla Dairy and its café, The Dairy Shed is in the heart of the historic village of Bodalla and has been producing premium dairy products since 1989. The Dairy Bar

The Pines, Kiama

Established in 1854, The Pines is a family run micro-dairy on the South Coast, NSW.

Producers of artisan cheese, milk and gelato, The Pines use minimal processing with a small, and lovingly cared for, herd to make their range of award-winning dairy products.

Sapphire Coast Dairy and Homestead

Set on a 376 hectare operating dairy farm next to Biamanga National Park with access via secret 4WD track to the mountain and 22km to Brogo Dam for bass fishing. 16.5 kms to shopping centre of Bega & 34 km to Tathra beach. The property has eucalyptus forest, rainforest gullies, fresh mountain water and abundant wildlife include bellbirds and lyrebirds.
